Mind blowing Mosaic artwork created by 1969 used nail polish bottles

Art knows no boundaries, no material also for that matter. See artist Lithuanian artist Agne Kisonaite’s work and you will know how awesome the most trivial of materials can turn out to be. While the world has been dumping used nail polish bottles after they are consumed, this artist has been using them in ways that’s way more artistic than any nail art could ever be. Turning used nail polish bottles into mosaic artwork is what this amazingly talented artist is doing. The graphics, visual and interior design graduate from Vilnius academy of arts also came up with the idea while she was painting her nails. One good look at the colours through the thick glass and she gets the idea of using these just the way the colours look most beautiful. She then turned this idea into an mosaic art piece called ‘Glass Blowing’.

The glass blowing artwork has consumed as many as 1969 nail polish bottles. The artist has painstakingly gotten rid of excess nail polish to positioning everything and scraped the labels off each bottle. One cannot help but fall in love with this colourful ensemble, and it’s astonishing to see this achieved by using used nail polishes. Kudos.
