It wouldn’t be wrong to say whatever Lenny Kravitz touches turns to gold. Not literally gold but something desirable and smashing. While there are many fans of his music and whatever little acting he has dabbled in, but the real accolades here are bring showered on Lenny Kravitz the designer. He enthralled all with his set for the Queen Latifah Show and his numerous designs for high-end resorts and that amazing looking chandelier for Swarovski that’s impossible to forget. He’s done everything luxe with panache and this time he designs with a difference albeit for the masses. He is seen ditching the classes in his latest collaboration with CB2 that marks the mainstreaming of the Lenny Kravitz brand. CB2 will cover not just fashion but also living.
As Kravitz told Elle Decor, his goal is to launch his own lifestyle brand; he said “It would go from fashion to furniture. I want to do cutlery, plates, lamps, chairs, sofas and beds—I mean everything.” The Grammy star is going to pour his own personality in the design and whatever has inspired him in his travels and journey. The CB2 collection includes pillows (from $35 to $100), side tables (from $300), a $350 table lamp, a $250 bar stool, rugs from $400, the $700 Yaya coffee table and a $750 bar and finally the $1,000 Changes console.
