If Disneyland is that happiest place on Earth then Boeing 767-300 has to be the happiest flight on our planet. Got the connection yet? It’s true and we’re so glad it’s happening; Walt Disney World, in collaboration with Brazilian airline TAM, has launched a colourful character-themed plane. Everyone’s common favourites Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck are going to be aboard along with faces from Cinderella’s castle. Aptly called Plane of Dreams, the much loved Disney experience commences as soon as passengers set foot on board. The airline says there will be a themed service, meals shaped to look like Mickey Mouse or cupcakes with the iconic Mickey ears plus special elements in the flight attendants’ uniforms.
Fortunate plane of dreams is a reality as the plane debuted this week with a lot of inaugural fanfare. The big unveiling took place after the wave of a wand by none other than Tinker bell herself. It’s the very first Latin American airline with a Disney-theme and will be used for guests travelling on international long-distance routes.
